Based on your selection, we believe you may qualify as a voting delegate at Clergy Laity.

 

Voting delegates are either Clergy Delegates, Parish Delegates or voting members of the Archdiocesan Council. To qualify as a Clergy or Parish Delegate, you must meet one of the following qualifications:

  1. Parish Priest,

  2. Parish Council President (and in his or her absence the Vice President or in his or her absence any member of the Parish Council designated by it)

  3. Or one of the two (2) persons elected by the Parish Assembly 

To register as a delegate, please confirm you meet one of the above qualifications. If you are unsure, please confirm with your parish before proceeding. Please note, all individuals registered as a voting delegate will be confirmed with the parish directly by our planning team.

Delegate: If you have been or expect to be selected by your parish in your 2026 parish general assembly as an Clergy Laity Delegate with voting rights, please confirm below. Non-Delegate Attendee: applies to all other conference registrants, including ministry leaders, parish members, general attendees or guests. This indicates you will not receive a vote in the Archdiocesan Budget approval process.

It is valid ONLY for participants who will be attending one of the ministry training tracks - Religious Educators, Youth & Young Adult, Byzantine Chanters and Church Musicians.
